Recce Log Plans & Billing

Recce Log is an app developed and supported by Content Dept LLC. Its plans and App Store billing are separate from Content Dept creative-service contracts.

Free lets you try one project, up to three scout locations, five saved places and five roster contacts. Local is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited on-device projects, saved places and roster contacts, field tools and PDF exports. Local does not include cloud sync.

Sync is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It includes Local features while active, cross-device sync, and a 1 GB cloud allowance for photos and recordings per Recce account. Cloud downloads are limited to 5 GB per calendar month, with a 10 MB maximum per file. The app shows the current price and billing period in your region before you confirm a purchase. Buying Local does not credit its price toward Sync. If you later cancel Sync, you keep any Local purchase on the same Apple Account.

Your on-device work remains available when Sync ends. New items follow your remaining plan, and cloud uploads stop. Recce Log is not a backup for your original camera files. See the Plans screen for current allowances and details.

Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations and refund requests. You can manage or cancel Sync at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions and request a refund at https://support.apple.com/118223. Deleting a Recce account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Content Dept develops and supports the app and does not collect your full payment-card number.

Your projects, images, recordings and roster entries remain your content. You are responsible for having permission to add or share material about other people. Storing it in Recce Log does not give Content Dept permission to use it in our marketing.
